Let us help you plan your next celebration, special event or meeting!

The Center offers facilities available for wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate
retreats, birthdays, anniversaries, graduation and other special event parties, classes, bridal or
baby showers, and much more! We have room for elegant seated dinners, numerous smaller
meeting rooms, outdoor greens for tented gatherings and space for team building events.

You will enjoy a classic, modern facility which encompasses a spacious atrium ballroom
surrounded with triple hung windows and light-filled rooms with hardwood floors. A full
catering kitchen is available for the caterer of your choice.

There is ample free parking for all your guests. And, a custodial service which includes set up
and breakdown of tables and chairs is included in your rental package.

All this is nestled in a pastoral setting away from the hectic distractions of city life. We are
located in the heart of historic Montpelier in western Hanover County just 30 minutes from
Short Pump, Chesterfield, Mechanicsville, Ashland, downtown Richmond or just an hour from
Charlottesville, Fredericksburg or Petersburg.

Seating Capacities

The Atrium Ballroom has a 16 x 20 stage and can hold more than 200 people for dinner. Let us
work with you on a floorplan to show you our seating options for plated vs. buffet meals!

The Dance Studio can seat up to 65 people for dinner, or can be used in addition to The
Ballroom for an elegant buffet service and special beverage area.

For meetings, our conference rooms and classrooms can seat up to 50 people depending on
the layout. Let us work with you to plan your meeting, class, or event!

Set up a tour!

Contact us to set up an appointment for a guided tour! Tours are available by appointment
during our office hours of Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9am-3pm each week.

Alternatively, you are welcome to do a self-guided tour of the Atrium Ballroom and Art
Gallery only anytime during building hours, which are Monday-Thursday from 9am-9pm,
Friday from 9am-6pm and Saturday from 10am-2pm. Please note you will not be able to view
additional rooms such as the Dance Studio or the catering kitchen which remain locked except
by appointment.

credited to your account. Please make sure to enter your name and the date of
your event to make sure your payment is credited!

NOTE: Security Deposits cannot be paid online. Please either send a check or
call the office at 804.883.7378 for other options.
