The Montpelier Center for Arts & Education will hold a juried ALL-MEDIA art exhibition by Virginia
women March 1 – April 20, 2010, in partnership with “Feel Good Giving”, a public art project
designed to explore and examine thoughts and feelings about giving of oneself, as well as one’s
acknowledged and unrecognized expectations. What DOES giving mean, and what DOES it evoke?
The “Feel Good Giving” project invokes a woman’s nurturing instinct and the experience of giving.

Deadline for entries is February 1, 2010. Entry fee is $20 for up to 2 pieces ($15 for members of The
Montpelier Center). Maximum entry: 4 pieces (total $40/$30). All media is accepted, but must be able

Anne Chaddock One Woman Show
Reception October 1st from 6:00-9:00pm

"The expressions of my feelings through painting is my way of communicating with others and with
myself. I view each painting as an opportunity to make a visual statement. It is exciting for me when
my students find art approachable and an outlet for individual creativity and emotion. My paintings
reflect the energy drawn from working with people, the sharing of enthusiasm for art as a form of
communication, and self expression"
