The Montpelier Center offers a wide range of arts & education classes for both children and adults.

With the support of talented local instructors, we proudly present an exciting curriculum that includes art, music, dance, wellness, and more.

These classes and workshops reflect our mission to engage and enrich the community through diverse cultural and educational experiences.

Ashland Dance Academy

New! The Ashland Dance Academy is bringing classes to the Center!

Preschool Dance

This class is designed for our ‘new’ to dance dancers.  This creative movement class allows children to explore their imaginations through the experience of music and movement. Props and activities will be used to create a whole new learning environment. Skills including marching, counting music, and basic ballet steps that will help dancers with communication, memory development, and social interaction.

Ages: 3-5 years old

When: Tuesdays

Dates: September 2, 2025 - May 30, 2026

Time: 12:30-1:15 pm

Cost: $56.25 (payable to ADA)

Junior Combo Class

The junior combo class is a combination class that includes ballet, tap, and jazz. The dancer will learn the foundations of each technique. Every month, new skills and steps are stacked onto the already established basics. Dancers will gain flexibility, basic technique, and self-confidence through repetitive motor skills, coordination, and rhythm practice.

Ages: 4-7 years old

When: Tuesdays

Dates: September 2, 2025 - May 30, 2026

Time: 3:30-4:30 pm & 4:30-5:30 pm

Cost: $75 (payable to ADA)

Refunds

Written notification is required for all withdrawal and refund requests. You may send in a completed refund request form (below) or email us at staff@montpeliercenter.org with the participant’s name, course, and reason for the request.

You may withdraw from a class 1 week before the start date and receive a full refund.

Once a class has started, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for registration or by Zelle or check (takes up to four weeks).
