  • We had our wedding at The Montpelier Center for Arts & Education on July 1, 2023! It was beautiful and Vickie and the staff were so wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. As our ceremony was about to begin, a huge storm blew in, and we were able to move our ceremony into the ballroom/reception space. It was beautiful! Our guests loved that they could spread out in the hallway to talk and still see the reception and feel part of it because of the beautiful windows. The kitchen was amazing for our caterers! Everything was absolutely perfect and we wouldn't change a thing!

  • The Montpelier Center was the perfect spot for our huge Company Christmas Gala! All of the coordination and communication was top-knotch and the entire event went so smoothly. The venue had plenty of parking, the event space comfortably fit all of the components we want included in our event, and everyone had a wonderful time. Will absolutely recommend to anyone searching for an event venue!

RENTAL RATES

  • Weekends - $3,000

    Weekdays - $2,000

  • Weekend $250/hr

    Weekdays $150/hr

  • Weekends $125/hr

    Weekdays 100/hr

  • $50/hour

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining 50% due 60 days prior to event.

    A refundable security deposit (not reflected in published rates) is required 60 days prior to event.

  • Rentals are for a maximum 10-hour time block for exclusive ballroom rentals (weddings) and must end by 11:00 pm (unless specifically arranged with Montpelier Center staff).

    Kitchen is a Caterer Prep Kitchen

    Includes use of our lovely bridal suite and dressing room for groomsmen.

    Alcohol may be served at the event, but the rental group must obtain an ABC license.
