Community Yard Sale

The Yard Sale will be held rain or shine, excluding severe weather conditions that would impair safe driving. Seller set up is between 6:30-7:30 AM.
Rules
No parking or driving on the grass. No animals or firearm sales.
Booth Information
All available booths are 16 × 16 outdoor spaces located throughout The Montpelier Center grounds. An extra table is $5.00.
Cancelation Policy
If you wish to cancel your application, please email The Montpelier Center office. We have a no-refund policy.
Accident/Injury
People who participate in the event do so at his or her own risk.
Lost or Stolen Property
The Montpelier Center is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal property and goods offered for sale. In the event of stolen or lost property, the police will be contacted, and appropriate action taken.
Application Deadline
Yard Sale registrations must be submitted by Wednesday, October 21, by 5:00 PM. Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Booth Fees
There is a $15.00 booth fee. Additional tables are $5.00.
