Community Yard Sale

The Yard Sale will be held rain or shine, excluding severe weather conditions that would impair safe driving.
Seller Set-Up
Between 6:30-7:30 AM.
Rules
Participation requirements: people in our local community looking to sell their household items. Please, no resellers or professional businesses.
No parking or driving on the grass. Please no animals or firearm sales.
Booth Information
All available booths are approximately 16 × 16 outdoor spaces located throughout The Montpelier Center grounds. You may rent a table for $5.00. (Participants are free to bring their own table if preferred).
Accident/Injury
People who participate in the event do so at his or her own risk.
Lost or Stolen Property
The Montpelier Center is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal property and goods offered for sale. In the event of stolen or lost property, the police will be contacted, and appropriate action taken.
Application Deadline
Yard Sale registrations must be submitted by Friday, October 23, by 12:00 PM. Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Booth Fees
There is a $15.00 booth fee. You may rent a table for $5.00.
