The Montpelier Center for Arts & Education Why would anyone support The Center?
The Montpelier Center for Arts and Education is a private nonprofit 501(c) 3. The Center was started through grassroots efforts to enhance community life in western Hanover. The program is funded through individual and business gifts, program fees, and rental income. The Center receives no direct government support.
Over thirty years work has gone into providing the western Hanover community with quality education, event, and program opportunities. Most Hanover citizens have passed through our old doors. Be it classes, performances, weddings, or just a stroll around the Green, Hanover’s community life events often happen at The Center. The charming historic Montpelier School building and the beautiful village gardens are an unforgettable village treasure for all to enjoy.
Your support will help maintain the building and grounds, benefit educational classes and programs in the community, support performances and cultural festivals, and help showcase area artists. Please give today
