The Montpelier Center houses one of the oldest galleries in Hanover County. While showcasing some of the best in local and regional art, we also serve the dynamic arts community in Central Virginia.

Surrounding our spacious, light-filled atrium ballroom are three gallery walls which are home to rotating art exhibits. The Montpelier Center gallery hosts local and internationally known artists. Some exhibits we hold include The South Atlantic Juried Art Show, Country School Quilters Exhibit, The Grand Local Holiday Show, and many more.
Many of our exhibiting artists have both studied in or taught classes in our art studio space. We invite you to explore your creative side through one of those classes, add to your personal art collection, or just come to enjoy the work that fills our walls.
