Gentle Yoga

Mondays 6:00 - 7:00 PM $60.00 per person COMING BACK IN 2025 Whether you've been practicing for years or trying yoga for the first time, this class is for you. We'll focus on standing, seated, and some spine postures to improve strength and stability, as well as flexibility and mobility - with the additional benefits of reducing stress, improving your energy, and sleeping better too.

Hatha Yoga
Instructor: Valerie Ford-Galvin Fridays 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM $60.00 per session Ages 18+ COMING BACK IN 2025 This program offers classic Yoga postures for strength and flexibility, breath work to harmonize body, mind and spirit, and the simple art of meditation, which teaches us to be in the moment. Each class ends with blissful guided relaxation. Attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat for lying on the floor, and to wear loose clothing and a cover cover-up for added warmth during the guided relaxation. |
Chair Yoga

Wednesdays 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM $60.00 per session Ages 18+ COMING BACK IN 2025 With an emphasis on body and breath awareness, the intentional movements of yoga can be practiced while seated on a chair and also while standing.
