This class focuses on stretching exercises tailored for all levels, that target the entire body, helping to improve range of motion and reduce muscle stiffness. Gentle Yoga

Mondays Session #1: February 24 - March 31 Session #2: April 14 - May 19 6:00 - 7:00 PM $60.00 per person Whether you've been practicing for years or trying yoga for the first time, this class is for you. We'll focus on standing, seated, and some spine postures to improve strength and stability, as well as flexibility and mobility - with the additional benefits of reducing stress, improving your energy, and sleeping better too.
