Sound Healing

Tuesdays October 15, November 19, & December 10 7:00 - 8:00 PM $15.00 per class Ages 8+ Lay back and relax to the soothing sounds of Himalayan bowls and chimes as you allow their songs to wash over your body while you meditate. A deep state of relaxation of the body and mind can lead to stress relief or creative insights. Practicing presence of mind while experiencing a sound bath can lead to feeling brighter and more relaxed at the end of this one hour session.

Gentle Yoga

Mondays September 16 - October 14 November 4 - December 9 6:00 - 7:00 PM $60.00 per person Whether you've been practicing for years or trying yoga for the first time, this class is for you. We'll focus on standing, seated, and some spine postures to improve strength and stability, as well as flexibility and mobility - with the additional benefits of reducing stress, improving your energy, and sleeping better too.

Hatha Yoga
Instructor: Valerie Ford-Galvin Fridays September 20 - October 25 November 1 - December 13 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM $60.00 per session Ages 18+ This program offers classic Yoga postures for strength and flexibility, breath work to harmonize body, mind and spirit, and the simple art of meditation, which teaches us to be in the moment. Each class ends with blissful guided relaxation. Attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat for lying on the floor, and to wear loose clothing and a cover cover-up for added warmth during the guided relaxation. |
Chair Yoga
