People of all faiths and backgrounds enjoy the natural beauty and spiritual inspiration found in sound baths meditating, and breathing. Whether you are new to these realms, have difficulty in them, or seek to refresh your patience, this one hour sound bath experience combines present moment awareness, energetic sensing, and deep relaxation. Open to everyone! With intention and a safe, nurturing space, the aim of this class is to progress the aspirant toward the ultimate expression of your life.
Supply List: Mat, pillows/bolsters, and a blanket (optional)

We'll focus on standing, seated, and some spine postures to improve strength and stability, as well as flexibility and mobility - with the additional benefits of reducing stress, improving your energy, and sleeping better too.
