UNMASK is an inaugural traveling art exhibit whose goal is to bring attention to and encourage discussion about mental illness.
Conceived by Susan Vaughan, a local artist, retired Nurse Practitioner, and unfortunately sister of a suicide victim. Speaking out about suicide and mental illness is a way we can all recognize how pervasive and impactful it is to our community as well as find ways to grieve and heal together.
The exhibit is being recognized and supported by the NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) of Central Virginia.
