  • Local Wellness

    We’ll be announcing attending farms and speakers later with priority given to last year’s participating farms.

    A variety of local farms and producers will be on site to share their offerings—38 attended last year! Learn about the amazing products available right in your neighborhood.

    Connect with practitioners who support health, peace, and longevity through natural approaches.

  • Healthy Living

    Bring seeds to share and take home new varieties to try. Small baggies and markers will be provided. A simple, fun way to exchange extras and discover new plants.

    Dress comfortably for active workshops, and bring a yoga mat and pillow/bolster for interactive sessions.

    We’re working to have food available for purchase. Attendees may also pack lunch or purchase snacks from event vendors. Water and tea will be available all day.

  • Mindful Choices

    You’ll spend the day learning, laughing, eating, and moving—empowering yourself for the year ahead.

    Our event is free to attend, but please R.S.V.P. so we can prepare accordingly and ensure presenters bring enough materials.

    We're certain you'll enjoy connecting with like-minded folks and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Rules & Regulations

The Event will be held rain or shine, excluding severe weather conditions that would impair safe driving.

Eligibility Requirements

Goods grown or made by the exhibitor are preferred, including arts & crafts and consumable produce.

Booth Information

All available booths are 6 x 6 spaces located throughout The Montpelier Center.

  • Each exhibitor is responsible for their display materials, tables, and chairs.

  • All tables, chairs, and displays must fit within your allotted space.

  • No debris should be visible. The assigned space must be kept clean throughout the event and left as found afterwards.

  • Amplified music is not permitted.

Cancelation Policy

If you wish to cancel your application, please email The Montpelier Center office. We have a no-refund policy.

Sales Tax

Exhibitors are responsible for tracking and reporting their own sales tax in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State of Virginia.

Food Vendor Compliance

If selling consumable goods, exhibitors must comply with all local Health Department and Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services regulations applicable to their products. Vendors are completely responsible for all appropriate labelling, licenses, and product inspections, weights, measures, and rules.

At all times, items sold at the Montpelier Makers Market must meet the requirements of all applicable health and sanitation codes, as well as local, state, and federal agricultural requirements.

Accident/Injury

Vendors who participate in the event do so at his or her own risk.

Lost or Stolen Property

Exhibitors and customers, not The Montpelier Center, are responsible for the safekeeping of personal property and goods offered for sale. In the event of stolen or lost property, the police will be contacted, and appropriate action taken.

Application Deadline

Applications must be submitted by Tuesday, January 13th by 5:00 p.m. Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. We have a no-refund policy.

Vendor Booth Fees

There is a $25.00 booth fee All Vendors selling food and/or products will be charged the booth fee. A vendor must apply and pay the vendor fee by January 13. If applicable, vendors will be invoiced for their booth fee after approval of their application.

We encourage Arts & Crafts Vendors to send in photos of their crafted goods.
